Review: I recently received a ticket from [redacted]. I had paid for my parking and had the receipt on the dash. Two emails and a phone call resulted in a customer service rep that cannot cancel a ticket and "no one I hand the phone to can cancel the ticket."I paid for another lot (apparently) when selecting an option similar to "Pay for 2 hour parking" which then immediately asked for a card and no lot info. I assumed that the machine spitting out parking receipts would be, by default, associated to the lot and spot I parked 15ft away.The fact that a poorly labeled lot and a non-labeled parking space got me a wrongly labeled parking receipt should not automatically mean I cannot have a ticket canceled. According to the customer service rep after looking up lot prices I paid more than I would have originally had I had bought a parking receipt for the location that I had actually parked at.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the parking ticket canceled.

The customer, by his own admission, appears to have paid for parking in a different lot then where he recieved the ticket. We have a problem with customers using a parking receipt from one lot, and then moving to another lot and attempting to use the same receipt. This is not allowed, and deprives the owner of the property from revenue that they deserve. I will contact the customer and get more information on the complaint. If in fact he has a receipt from the Lot where he recieved the ticket, we will refund the charge from the ticket.[redacted]Director of Business Development City Center Parking
