I ordered custom closets through Direct Buy. When they were installed I found they were not what I ordered. The manufacturer did not want to remake the order, they wanted to try and install after market parts to fix what they had installed. I wanted a refund but Direct Buy requested that I give the manufacturer an opportunity to correct the problems. I gave them the opportunity and they did not fix the problem and also did not install the cabinets that we had ordered. I have tried to work with Direct Buy locally and at the corporate level and they are pointing fingers at each other saying that the other is responsible for making this decision. I have been dealing with this situation for three months and am living out of garbage bags for closets. I need this issue resolved.
