January 28, To Whom It May Concern: May 30, 8:25PM I was peering to the west around the northwest corner of my homeMy wife, sister-in- law, niece, and dogs waited anxiously in our underground storm shelter feet awayFrom a dead calm, swirling winds suddenly swept in from my left and a transformer exploded in a green flash a quarter mile in front of meItʼs here! As I slammed and locked the metal door of the shelter debris crashed into it like a cannon shotWhen we emerged from our shelter a few minutes later it was obvious our plans for the week end and the coming year had been altered For the next two hours with help from neighbors and strangers we struggled by flashlight to clear debris to reach furniture and possessions not destroyed and move them to the garage which was intact except for the doorsIn hindsight, it was mission impossible and a good possibility of someone getting hurtAbout 10:PM a man approached me in what was left of the living room, introduced himself as Paul Parker, and said; "you donʼt have to do thisYour insurance company will pay to do this and pay you for what youʼve already doneAll you have to do is sign this temporary repair authorization and Iʼll have three crews here with in the hour to secure and protect your home and possessions"When my wife and I left at 2:AM with some clothing and our valuables, a bee hive of activity was going on under portable flood lights to do just thatThis continued until 6:PM the next day when it was secureAlmost two years later the memory of that night still brings raw emotions to the surface The events above led to a $400K plus insurance claim, and month project, on which Paul Parker and Tulsa Fire and Water Damage Restoration was the general contractorThe restoration job entailed all disciplines of the building tradesPaul was tireless in pushing to get the job done, demonstrating great knowledge of the construction industry, and showing a sharp eye for detailMy wife accused him of being an interior designer in disguise! Just as important, of the six homes in the neighbor hood condemned for human habitation, we were the first by months to move back inThis wasnʼt due to the degree of damage but to the dedication of Paul Parker Unusual though it may be, this is my letter of recommendation on behalf of Paul Parker and Tulsa Fire and Water Damage RestorationShould you contract with Paul on your project rest assured you have a capable, dedicated contractor, and more importantly a good man Sincerely, Larry Justice Founder

In August 2016 my house was hit by a truck. The damage was limited to the dining room but the repairs had to cover most of the house to make it whole. Tulsa Fire and Water Restoration came highly recommended by both my insurance agent and the RevDex.com. The first meeting with Paul was with the insurance adjuster. The first impression being the greatestâ it was! Paul sat on the porch steps with me and explained the contract as well as the possible estimate. The work began toward the end of the month and in 2 monthsâ time I had a better looking house! The guys replaced the dining room wall and the window then got the painting finished in almost half of the house. The greatest part was truly the lastâ the hardwood floors (I have throughout my house) were refinished to a gorgeous rich new color. Every step had me informed of what was going to happen and everyone was very professional. I highly recommend the great crew that Paul Parker has working for himâ Tulsa Fire and Water Restoration is FANTASTIC!

I was peering to the west around the northwest corner of my home. My wife, sister-in- law, niece, and 3 dogs waited anxiously in our underground storm shelter 30 feet away. From a dead calm, swirling winds suddenly swept in from my left and a transformer exploded in a green flash a quarter mile in front of me. Itʼs here! As I slammed and locked the metal door of the shelter debris crashed into it like a cannon shot. When we emerged from our shelter a few minutes later it was obvious our plans for the week end and the coming year had been altered.

For the next two hours with help from neighbors and strangers we struggled by flashlight to clear debris to reach furniture and possessions not destroyed and move them to the garage which was intact except for the doors. In hindsight, it was mission impossible and a good possibility of someone getting hurt. About 10:30 PM a man approached me in what was left of the living room, introduced himself as Paul Parker, and said; "you donʼt have to do this. Your insurance company will pay to do this and pay you for what youʼve already done. All you have to do is sign this temporary repair authorization and Iʼll have three crews here with in the hour to secure and protect your home and possessions". When my wife and I left at 2:00 AM with some clothing and our valuables, a bee hive of activity was going on under portable flood lights to do just that. This continued until 6:00 PM the next day when it was secure. Almost two years later the memory of that night still brings raw emotions to the surface.

The events above led to a $400K plus insurance claim, and 7 month project, on which Paul Parker and Tulsa Fire and Water Damage Restoration was the general contractor. The restoration job entailed all disciplines of the building trades. Paul was tireless in pushing to get the job done, demonstrating great knowledge of the construction industry, and showing a sharp eye for detail. My wife accused him of being an interior designer in disguise! Just as important, of the six homes in the neighbor hood condemned for human habitation, we were the first by months to move back in. This wasnʼt due to the degree of damage but to the dedication of Paul Parker.

Unusual though it may be, this is my letter of recommendation on behalf of Paul Parker and Tulsa Fire and Water Damage Restoration. Should you contract with Paul on your project rest assured you have a capable, dedicated contractor, and more importantly a good man.

We had some floor damage in our hallway that happened over time. Tulsa Fire and Water Damage Restoration was recommended to us and we could not be more pleased. Once the hardwood flooring was removed, it was determined that the damage was not as bad as first thought. Instead of trying to hold us to the original quote, [redacted] re-calculated and gave us a better price for the job. Their work was very professional, they were on time and there was very little disruption for us. I can say without question that I would hire them again and I would suggest that you check them out should you have any floor work that needs to be done.
