We are Mr& Mrs*** we are filing a complain on Tucson Window & Doors because I did not receive the correct storm doors I orded and was promised by sales person *** ***
We paid nearly $1,fpr storm doors that were to be designed to my needs and specifications*** reassured us that he could meet our needs design the door we were requestingWe went as for as to physically show him the door we wanted similar to our back storm doorHe said not a problem hw could design us one just like it and that it would have the similar features only updated it was not issues*** than took measurements drew a design on a paper explained it had the features we wanted we discussed the cost and we were in agreement and understanding we were ordering our storm doors
When our storm doors came in technicians came ad installed the doors when they were to be done *** was to come and inspect that the work had been done properly and that we were happy with our new doorsTime never sh
