Initial Business Response /* (1000, 12, 2016/09/22) */
Jese has no concept of what is going on with this and his lack of communication with us after repeated attempts by us failed
Most people who actually use a computer and have spoken to *** after looking at their statement can plainly
see they are being overcharged and ripped off by their own mortgage servicing companyBefore KOWINGLY paying fraudulent fees on behalf of our client we cannot and do not pay until he authorizes the "ok" to allow himself (and us) become ripped offTriad Property informs and educates thir clients...not allow them to be ripped offHe Jesse via phone so we do help him but he is like working with a fouled mouthed third graderAll one has to do is Google "*** Scams" online and a literal online campaign and lawsuti has beenn created against *** because of thre hundreds of times this has and is happeming
We represent Jesse and tried and tried to show him there was a proper action and protocol he could have taken that would have eliminated any adverse remarks and got any lost funds back
That opportunity is gone now for him because he chose to act the fool by cussing us instead of dealing with the issue hundreds of others families have gone through
We do not as policy pay fraudulent fees and he needs to contact us so we can advise him how to proceed recoup OUR funds if any that resulted from his ignorance
We will gladly catch up any deficits incurred if indeed they resulted from fraudulent activity on ***s behalf
His incompetence in following basic instruction from a company who pulled him from the brink of foreclosure compounded with a lack of VERY BASIC communication skill is unparalleled in all my years helping our clients prevent foreclosure
Jesse needs to ONTACT US AND AT LEAST fake being nice with out dropping F-bombs at us will help us move him forward but some of his actions are beyond repair
While we will cash out his mortgage hopefully within one year WE CANNOT AND WILL NOT GUARENTEE ITHE NEED ONLY PULL OUT HIS CLOSING DOCUMENTS AND REVIEW THEM
We are willing to continue with him and do so as fast as possible but anything less than professional behavior over the phone will only result in a haand further delay
Our clients SING our praises and one need only turn to our consistent track record with the Revdex.com
His accusations of ripping others off without proof and documentation can result in swift legal repercussionWe STRONGLY RECOMMEND ENDING THE SLANDER NOW!
ONE ONLY NEED SPEAK WITH OUR VERY CLIENTS AND REVIEW OUR PERFECRT Revdex.com HISTORY
Stay Blessed

Subject: Re: Case # [redacted]: Ms. [redacted]
Hello [redacted],
This email is in response Ms. [redacted] report to you. Ms. [redacted] contacted us back...

in 2013 because she no longer able to make the payments on her home and was facing the possibility of foreclosure which would have destroyed her credit. We came in made payments in her place when she was unable to do so. She did have one maybe two payments that were made past the thirty day mark but were quickly absolved as the new buyer for the home was getting qualified and the home was being sold. We feel our services to her far exceeded her potential outcome of foreclosure and years of ruined credit and we left her in a much better position to move forward in the future.
Thank you [redacted] for your time and let me know what more we may do to help the Revdex.com or Ms. [redacted]. Have a blessed day.

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 11, 2015/12/09) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Dear [redacted], I was not at risk of foreclosure on the home and had never missed a payment, if fact I have excellent credit until dealing with Mr. E[redacted]. I chose to use Mr. E[redacted] company because I did not have equality in the home and wanted to sale and thought this would be a great solution.
In 2013 the trust was created, making Mr. E[redacted] responsible for payments until the house was sold. A payment was missed April 2015 and August 2015. Mr. E[redacted] sold the home October 15. The end result is these late payments are on my credit report due to his neglect which affects my credit score. I was informed of these late payments when trying to purchase another home. If not going through this process I would have never known he did not made these two payments.
If the new buyer for the home was getting qualified and the home was being sold in October, Mr E[redacted] was still responsible for payment in April and August, until it is sold. Yes he did make the payments; however past the 30 days as he has indicated. The result of this is affecting my credit.

Mr. E[redacted] is accustomed to assisting clients who are at risk of foreclosure, this is not my case.
Mr. E[redacted] will not answer his phone or return calls.
[redacted], my question is what can I do legally to have these two late payments removed from my credit report, which I was not responsible for.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 20, 2016/03/10) */
We DID make BOTH payments so that accusation is false and can be proved with bank records. Ms. [redacted], although had a good payment history at the time she called us, was no longer able to continue making her payments and called us for help before she started to go behind and avoid an eminent foreclosure. There was NO equity in the home and home prices at the time had dropped so she could not afford to sell with an agent and pay that much upfront at closing. She had few, if any, choices for a quick sale. We stepped in, paid her closing costs, cared for her home and allowed her to pay her huge costs to sell to us in monthly installments and did so at 0% interest. In the end, she got EVERY payment made, got the home sold quickly for a fair price interest free, and was able to move on with her life with the hassles of upkeep and payments she could not keep making. We feel her outcome with us was FAR SUPERIOR, QUICKER, AND MORE AFFORDABLE than any other option she had.
Ms. [redacted] has requested us to remove her two late payments. It would be HIGHLY illegal (considered fraud) for us to go altering someone's credit. So no we cannot, by law, remove them ourselves.
However it IS legal for her to go to [redacted].com and dispute them herself and it is VERY easy to do. They may not come off in the first couple of disputes but repeated disputing has been known to work.
Also she can call the mortgage company herself and ask if the would kindly remove them since her payment history was nearly perfect. This is another option she can try.
A third option is to google "how to remove late mortgage payments from your credit score. She will find LOTS of articles and information here including how to PROPERLY dispute them with both the mortgage company and with the bureaus.
Hopefully these will help her. We are an upstanding company with a perfect Revdex.com "A+" rating and we pride ourselves in quality customer service, helping others when there are few if any other options for selling quickly, and affordable and hassle free selling for the homeowner (as was the case with Ms. [redacted]),
We appreciate her business and are happy she received a better outcome than selling on her own.
Stay Blessed
Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 22, 2016/03/14) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Your company is responsible for the late payments, again my home was not in jeopardy of going into foreclosure. I never missed a payment!!!
I do not understand why it is my responsibility to remove the late payments from my credit due to your delay in making the payments. How is it illegal for you to correct your mistake.
Even you admitted you delayed in making the payments late, called me and asked for my SS# so you could make the payment by phone.
Yet you are trying to discredit me.... BAD BUSINESS... and yes I have moved on with my life... GOD BLESS YOU
