I signed a contract to have my trees trimmed the beginning of Aug. I gave a $500 deposit which was cashed less than 48 hours later. He never showed. Kept giving delay after delay after delay. Blaming the weather even on beautiful days. I gave him a final date to get the job done or state I wanted my deposit refunded. Richard Y, said he would refund my money. It has now been a couple of weeks and no check. I have tried to call, text and e-mail to no avail. He will not respond back. (note I have a copy of the agreement, and copies of the text)
