Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11828721, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The attached letter was mailed to Don Belman Homes on October 30th We contacted Gary numerous times to try and get the repairs made and he never returned the calls The subcontractor has contacted us and will be calling again after Thanksgiving to schedule a time to make the repairs He never heard from Belman Homes prior to the call he received from Gary after the complaint was filed with the Revdex.com We made continuous efforts to try reach Belman Homes and they did not respond prior to the complaint being filed with Revdex.com We do have hope the repairs will be made as the subcontractor seems much more reliable than Belman Homes has been We will let the Revdex.com know when the repairs have been made [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, Susan S [redacted]

week after we moved [redacted] he called about the damages, we told him at that time that the we where responsible for the loading not the driving and unloading of his property, we use everything that he provided to pack his moving van, we also used our plastic wrap to protect as much as we couldWe still had to follow company policy and went ahead and sent him a claim form.He sent the claim form back last August 17th,We replied the 18th with an acknowledgment letter and a formal denialThere is not much more we can do for him.If you need further proof or documentation please let me know!

This response is a total lie!!!! I work in criminal justice and we would never make threats to anyone, and we never threatened to cancel the card a lawsuit will be filed immediately!!!

We offered a discount for Mrs***, just to make her happy and not have her give us a bad rating or bad reviewWe actually offered a discount for the amount that she went over this time on her moveThe previous move was for $and this move was for $even after this move was more
complicated with the elevator and a long walkAfter we made the discount offer to her she was still not pleased even after we gave her exactly was she was asking forShe still told us even after giving her what she wanted she was going to file a complainShe made accusations about not listening to her even though all our conversations were by email. I can not give a customer what she wants and still have them write negative reviews even after we give in to their demands
Since the beginning of the move we tried as much as we could to please you, we offered a discount for the delayed arrival, we only charge half of the moving costWe tried to please you as much as we could

I did exactly what you asked for and then someI only said that if you agree to the reimbursement and you published negative things after the fact that I gave you what you wanted and addressed your complains then would would sue for publishing statementsI actually did all this before you started your negative campaign onlineI offered you a discount for the amount that your move went over even thou the time that it took them was appropriate considering the long walk and elevator carry that they had to deal with. A good business owner will try to satisfy their customers as much as possibleWhen all reasonable tries fail I will have to settle with trying, I can not and will not offer you what you want and also have you give us and negative reviews

He only offered me the discount in an exchange for me not writing a bad review of his company I would like to be refunded the hour and a half of time due to the crew not listening to important instructions and for being on their phones excessively He is not telling the truth when he states all correspondence was via email There are emails that give proof to his abusive phone conversation calling me cheap and a liar I simply want my time refunded Im not seeking a full refundI just want to be compensated for the time they misused.
