I have an extended warranty with this company with only two payments left My car stopped in the middle of the highway and it had to be towed It was towed to [redacted] ***, which is an authorized provider Touchpointe is giving me a run around on what is wrong and what needs to be fixed I've been without a car for three weeks now They have done diagnostics to the carThey asked for the engine to be torn down They only provided a rental car for days--not for the total duration of the car being fixed They are finding ways to not repair the problem I have produced all the maintenance records they requested

TouchPointe Secure Plans regarding your installment agreement for the purchase of the above referenced service contract. TouchPointe Secure Plans (TouchPointe), a Protective Company, provides purchasers of a service contract that provides mechanical breakdown protection with an installment payment program. We appreciate the opportunity to review this matter and hope you find the following information helpful.
Our records indicate the Service Contract you purchased on 8/12/2014 was purchased through [redacted]'s [redacted] Inc. I have taken the opportunity to review your complaint regarding your refund on your service contract which was cancelled per your request effective on 3/6/15 at 103,425 miles. Paid Claims have no bearing on the amount refunded on this service contract.
I have reviewed the calculation on this refund and found it to be accurate based on the information contained within the administrative system. The cancellation mileage is listed as the same as the effective mileage, though this would not negatively impact your refund amount.
The Calculation is as follows:
Retail Price $1760 x Cancel % 81.2% = $1429.12
Subtract Account Balance $1129.92 = $299.20
Subtract Cancellation Fee $35.00 = $264.20
I apologize if your experience with our representatives was less than your expectation. It typically takes 10-14 days for refunds to go through the accounting vetting process before an accurate refund amount can be communicated. I apologize if this was not accurately communicated to you.

After my complaint filed on here in May 2015 I STILL have not received my refund!
I filed a complaint on this site back in May regarding my warranty I cancelled on 3-9-15. I disputed the amount of the refund but the company stood their ground and provided an insane formula that they used to calculate it. The problem is it has been NINE MONTHS since I cancelled this warranty and I still have not received my refund of a little over $260. I even had the car dealership call them for help in trying to get my refund paid and their customer service to him was grossly inappropriate. It shouldn't be this hard to get a refund that is owed to me when they had no problem debiting my bank account every month to take it out. I need my refund now, not in another nine months!!
I want my refund paid immediately, I've waited nine months and shouldn't have to wait another day.
