Review: Dear Sir/Ma'am

Each time I, [redacted], have placed an order with this place of business it has been a problem of some sort. It's either I order one thing and they replace it with something else without my permission; or all of my products are not in the order amd finally when I call to address the issue I always get it was a mistake they will credit my next order or send more product and it never happens or they try to convince me on the next order they never said any of that.Desired Settlement: I would like my shipping and handling refunded ad well as compensation for the three dozen socks 9-11 socks they replaced with 10-13 socks that I didn't authorize to switch and compensate me for my frustration and the poor customer service they are giving me.

Review: Received merchandise that was of very poor quality and ran small in size, nothing fit. I then contacted TopStar and was advised by the representative to return merchandise and I will get a refund. I returned the merchandise and waited for a month. When I did not see refund on my card I called back and was told that they were unable to put refund back on my card and will send me a check instead. I waited another month but check was not sent. I called back and the same representative advised me that there was a mix up and the check was not sent. I then called back several more times and was told that the check was in the mail, but still no check. I have been trying to get my money back for almost 4 months now with no avail.Desired Settlement: My refund of $74.61
