Can not get them to return my call to come out and replace the icemaker, for which they came out once before
I had these people(Chris Bavaro) out over a year ago to service my U-Line Ice maker I needed a new ice maker which I figured, $500+, which at the time I couldn't afford This January I called them time between then and now, leaving messages with the secretary, a Guy named JR, and finally talking to Chris himself, after I got his Cell phone #, the last three times, The last time he never returned my call My request each time was the same, times in a row - order the part, when it comes in come out a replace the icemaker and I'll pay you the $500+*** is so*** difficult about that! I have been very pleasant with this company each time, but now I'm writing U-line, the manufacturer, to have them remove them from the recommended "Servicers."
I gave a deposit for Topline to secure a part to fix my dishwasher After months they did not deliver the part and refused to return my deposit
On Dec Topline came to investigate our dishwaherHe told me that it needed a new electronic/control and the part would take from 5-business days to get and he required a #prepay After months they still had not delivered the part to me I called them multiple times for an update (they never called me except to return my calls) and they never gave me a definitive date when they would finish the job I was able to use a portion of the dishwasher for a short time but eventually that failed and I had no working dishwasher and no idea when they would finish the job
I gave up on them after months and bought a new dishwasher and canceled the order with Topline on 2/6/and requested a refund of my $prepay Chris (never told me his last name) refused to return the $ He claimed it was a non-refundable deposit No wh
Had a very unpleasant unprofessional negative experience with this company.
Not a reliable service center.
They scheduled the service of my appliance to their convenience and I took half day off and waited for them on the day it was scheduled. They did not show up at all that day and unfortunately no body informed me about their changed schedule. I even contacted them on the same day, but was received only by an answering machine voice. When I called the next day to discuss this matter and to arrange an alternate convenient day for the service, they were not ready to work with my schedule. The manager was very rude and simply hung up the phone on me.
Not professional at all in their service delivery. No professionalism showed when I contacted them. In summary, they did not show any apologies from their side on their mistake. It caused a major inconvenience to me and my office work.
I don't recommend this company given my experience with them.
