[redacted] from the business gave permission for AH at Revdex.com to take his response over the phone[redacted] said the consumer brought her vehicle to his shop b/c of a loud rear end noise, he said she said she had been to other shops which told her that they would charge her about $for a full rear overhaul to include a new axle[redacted] *** said he told the consumer he would see what he could do to save her some money and the consumer told him that she was told she had years left on her frame and she just wanted the loud noise to go away[redacted] said he told the consumer he would look at her vehicle and call her to let her know the outcome and she requested him to take a look at the frame while he was checking out the rear end [redacted] said he does not do frame work and he told the consumer that, and also told her that he doesn't have the authority to advise on what is needed with the frame, he couldn't tell her if the frame was going to crack[redacted] *** said he called the consumer back to say he felt the axle was fine but suggested changing out the rear wheel bearings, he said he told the consumer that the frame had "more than surface rust", but he didn't know if it was going to breakHe said the consumer gave him the go ahead over the phone to do the wheel bearing work, and when the truck still made noises after his work ...he reduced the price from $+ tax, to $+ tax because he didn't want to cheat the consumerHe said he did the work he was supposed to, and was approved to do

Consumer response was received by Revdex.com via phone.Consumer said she had a different account of what took place and she feels she is entitled to some of her money back.Consumer said she would consider this matter as resolved if the business agrees to refund $of her money back.Consumer said we would have her permission to close the complaint, if the $refund is granted

Company responded by phone 6/23/16-nkmMr. Bill from the company states that he fixed the consumer's car free of charge.
