Todd's Mudjacking Service, Inc.

I had Todd's mudjack my driveway to even out the slabs of concrete They had to do a portion of the sidewalk leading up to the front door so that it would be level with the driveway Something went wrong and one section of the sidewalk cracked all the way across When I pointed it out at the time, the lead guy on the job site said it was already there and it was just more noticeable after the mudjacking I called the owner and informed him that this crack was not there before He looked at it and spoke with the workers who did the job He said they would repair the crack - which they did I thought he would do something more to compensate me for the mistake like replace the portion of the sidewalk they cracked, or offer to seal the driveway at no additional cost Todd was very rude and by no means apologetic I paid over $2,for the job and expected a professional service There are several others in the Quad City area that provide this service and I wish I had contracted the work with one of them in lieu of Todd's I picked Todd's just because he was the largest in the area, but I found out that you don't always get what you pay for!
