I can't wait for Best Cleaners to be replaced as our contract laundry service They used to do good work, but since July they have continually missed their pickup and delivery schedule, which is supposed to be Tuesday and Thursday...now they just show up once a week, but its hit and miss to know what day they decide to drop by!
They earned the terrible rating for their failure to actually launder and press my uniforms I have received plenty of wrinkled (un-pressed) uniforms in the last four months…but the last straw was receiving a dirty (unlaundered) uniform shirt on Friday, Nov 20, that they just placed on a hanger and delivered with my order The worst part was the shirt looked dirtier that it was when I turned it in for cleaning, Ughhh!
Now I am taking my uniforms to another laundry and paying out of pocket until we get a new laundry service provider Best Cleaners is the worst cleaners!
