Per our conversation on Saturday, *** we have decided that it is in our best interest to end our contractual agreement with you for the following reasons:
You have repeatedly refused to complete the caulking of the upstairs of our home as part of your contractual obligation to do all the baseboard and trim downstairs and upstairs
You have repeatedly refused to paint the eves on the exterior of our home as part of your contractual obligation to paint the exterior of the house
You have repeatedly refused to repair the shower pan so that it drains evenly from all of the corners, does not have any sharp edges around the drain and does not have any broken pieces as part of your contractual obligation
You have improperly cut our custom cabinets without our express permission and tried to hide the damage from the kitchen sink cabinet
Without first consulting us, you walked away from our remodeling project to go and work on another, As a res
