To answer Mr*** complaintWE have made a number of call to Mr***, but his voice mail on his cell is always fullI am the owner of the store and I have called multiple timesWE have actually been in the College Station area and delivered several clients multiple rooms of furniture
and mattressWE have called and called and could never get Mr*** on the phoneWe just recently delivered a client in Snook and attempted to reach Mr *** againNow the comment about the mattress being ordered I am enclosing the two invoices , clearly marked with Mr *** name First on dated 10/20/ Inv *** and Invoice *** dated 11/19/ the replacement mattress Tista's verified with the manufacture that the water stein is not a body stain an does not negate the warranty and certainly a water stain could have been cleanedSince the client did not want this we will deliver a new mattressAgain I have been told mattress so We will not be sending a box spring Now the reference to the store being old, we have been at this location since 07/when the shopping center was complete and yes we are full of interesting high end furnishing caring some of the most noted brands in the industry We not only carry furniture but art, accessories so yes the store is filled with all sorts of interesting itemsOur clients love the excitement of all the treasures we bring in from around the world We are a highly noted design store with an outstanding reputation in the fieldIn addition we are a respected community memberWe offer discounting to the Service people, Police, Fire and Education folks The owners of Tista's a come from a long life of public servants police, fire and school teachers who one of the partners In addition this, One of the owners in from THe Bryan College station area and we have a large customer base in this regionSo if Mr *** voice mail was available we would have already delivered We only have the cell number so this is our only connectionWhen the cell is full and you can leave a message, what should we do? Solution, We will deliver the new mattress that we have had in stock since November 20, Since I am require to purchase the new mattress why would I refund anyone for a new replacementAdain about the the deliver on the open truck, when we left the store it was clear and the rain was unfortunateAs soon as we have a time we will get the mattress switched out Please let us know and one of staff members will get the mattress right there. Yes yesterday this client was in the store, we were unable to get to her before she walked outNow her issues, we have switched time after time for herNever have me stated we were going out of business nor have we ever had a insurance claimThe shopping center had an isolated
fire over three years agoWe cleaned our store and sold everything at huge discounts below costWe had many, many happy clientsAS far as our future we are planning a move to a better and bigger locationWe have been here years and counting Ms*** came inthe store state she was moving, we offered her the wood credenza in the warehouse and she did not want itWe since sold that one as welli am sure the Manufacture will provide the information as to how many we have purchased in the last yearKeep in mind there has been a price increase I Deborah *** told her we could deliver in the following two dysShe did not want it This cabinet has become a main stay and we order this repeatedly All of the comments make zero senseWe have offered her multiple options, she stated she was moving out of state monthsagoNot sure what she wantsWE offered her the same pieces we held for nearly a yearIt is so difficult to understand wht she is upsetWe can reorder and sell anything we wishTista's offered the old wood credemza to her and will offer her the same price of $We have offered M *** anything she has requested, as per all of the invoices we have switched , change and and given Ms *** every penny she paid on the lay a ways WE appreciate the opportunity to work with all of our clients, and that is why we exchanged and switched over and over, however no one could maintain and decide what we should order if every client did thisThe is no patternI must admit I am confused by all of the tickets and selectionsAgain we wish the cloent to be happy, just not sure how? But answer, the piece in the store arrived in our store in May per copy of invoice, no we are not going out of business, nor have we ever sytated that, no we are not a storage facility, If you buy something it needs toi be delivered, no we did not file any insurance claimsAll these statements are un founded and are malliousEvery statement is not accurateAgain we will honor her original price on the old wood credenzaJust the time reselecting and changing item after item is costly and yet we did so for nearly two years.Please review dates , invoices and multiple changing of furniture and decide where we are wrong? Ms *** used her credit and we fave her sale prices and full credit. Not sure how we solve this., but we are willing. We are enclosing a phot of the cabinet, the current invoice, and invoice from the vendor shwing where we purchase in May

Again the furniture will be here next weekI had no answer on the inspection, delivery and prepaymentI thought this was the original complaint? Never at any time has Tista's stated we are ging out of BusinessWe have secured a new location with a cost of hundreds of thousands of dollars with new inventories awaiting our new location approximately three miles away in the same area Wehave been in business nearly years and under no
circumstance will we be going out of businessTo make the client feel better The owneractually showed the client a copy of the new lease and offered a number to verifyNot only that anyone can check witht he City of *** and verify a request for accupancy withh the city of ***Not sure waht we can show someone, we have over a million dollars in inventory in the closing location and we are not thieves escaping in the night If Tista's refused the information from Manufacture and information from the *** the transport company I would be afraidOr if the current Landlord was not ware of move, Or new Landlord did not exist I would be concerned, however none of those things exist PLEASE NOTE> ON THE INVOICE IT WAS STATED APPROXIMATE TIME weeksIt is exactly weeks including a two Holiday weekends 4th of July and Labor DayPlease understand manufactures are not openWE have complied with our time table and invoicingIf the client reads the invoice Tiista's specified all rules. Attached is the email fowarded to the client, Attached is the invoice from the Manufacture the sofa and love are on the way and certainly will arriveWE havew a restocking fee of 25% and if the client would like refund all of their money less 25% restocking feeJuat let us less know? This is not fair, we complied to everything on the invoiceMaybe a call to say the leather was delayed,whenever this happens it is something beyond our controlWE clearly state on the invoice you signed and received a copy of that we the Seller shall not be responsible for delays in delivery of merchandise by manufacture's scheduling, stock on hand, AVAILABILTY of materials , transportation difficulty or any other cause beyond the control of the seller. Again, your new custom made Sofa and Love Seat has been shipped and shipped on the date your wife was told over week agoI gave your wife a copy of the invoice and now you have the trucking informationAs soon as we have the exact date someone from Tista's will let you know as we should have a date from *** on Monday. Contrary to her response, she was very rude and a apology has not been given over the phone for the rude behavior. A gift was offered but at what price???? What was the catch????? We have never dealt with this company before and read several reviews of the company and have been very leery of our dealings with them. Most of the reviews we read after we purchased the furniture were negative Especially with how they have treated us. No communication, rude behavior and not telling us anything. After we put in this complaint the service has been better. Susana has keep us up on where our furniture is and hopefully we will receive a call next week telling us the furniture has reached ***
