Luciano did a great job, the technician was friendly and personable and explained what he had to do, We had a leaking water heater( dang only 20Yrs old), we called friday night when it was leaking( my daughter was taking a shower, said dad, not hot water), the office gal( name?) called saturday morning 8am and advised tech be there that day at 12. Luciano arrived by 12, explained everything and was done by 3pm.
