This customer is correct but jthe issue was on *** side I did issue a full refund but *** did not left it go though I have just emailed my account manager the refund will be done within hours

Revdex.com: The response was to issue a refund within 24 hours.  I have waited over a week and have NOT received a check.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
If the delay is because I needed to respond immediately rather than wait for the check I apologize.  Still waiting for the refund promised.

I am rejecting this response because: The business reply was that they sent a rebate via [redacted] and their attachment showed their company authorization to do so.
In my last 3 e-mails to the company as well as my original complaint and subsequent follow up to the Revdex.com, I informed the comapny that my [redacted] account was closed so [redacted] could not process a refund on the closed account. 
 In all 5 contacts I asked that TimeZone123 send me a check, since this is the only way that I would receive the refund that they promised.
Please ask the business to send a check, as I have requested, on at least 5 seperate occasions.  This is apparently the only way that I can receive the refund they promised.
[redacted] is not able to process a refund on a closed account.

Review: After a phone call on 11/14/13 and e-mail on 11/15/13 I sent the following e-mail to TimeZone123 on 11/18/13.

I purchased an [redacted] watch from you on 12/31/13 that stopped working in 2 months. I wrongfully assumed it was the battery and wore another [redacted] watch I bought from you 9 days later. On 11/13/13 I took the dead watch to a jeweler and found the watch was faulty not the battery.

I didn't return it to [redacted] as your rep suggested because their warranty was cost prohibitive after paying packaging, postage & insurance plus a $28 check that [redacted] demanded to look at their faulty product. I said I needed TimeZone to intercede on my behalf, as they said they did in their own customer testimonials.

I sent an e-mail after no response for a week and [redacted] in the returns dept. told me to return the watch and he would issue a refund. He acknowledged reciept of the watch on 12/8/13 and said he refunded my [redacted] acct. I e-mailed [redacted] on 12/18 still no refund, he e-mailed back said he will refund [redacted] direct and they will process in 3 days. On 12/30/13 sent E-mail, still no refund. [redacted] then asked for the [redacted] transaction number.

When I went to [redacted] for their transaciton # I remembered that the credit card co. had suspicious activity on my account so they closed it and issued me a new credit card. For that reason I closed that [redacted] acct. and opened a new one as well. If [redacted] had tried to issue a refund [redacted] would have to return it to him because they had no acct. to credit. I explained that in e-mails of 12/30/13 again on 1/3/14 and again on 1/13/14 and asked that he mail me a check because it was apparent that a refund would not be processed by [redacted] on the closed account.

I realize that the closed accounts caused the confusion and did not allow a refund to be processed if one were isssued, however the refunds had to be returned to TimeZone and they apparently made no attempt to process the refund.Desired Settlement: Today is 1/24/2014, I did not receive any response fo my last 3 e-mails over the past 3+ weeks and more important I did not receive the refund that was promised but not delivered.
