She is correctWhen we went to pick up the carpet at the trucking company, they could not find our carpetUnfortunately this was the 2nd of JulyI immediately called the customer's daughter to let her know that we would not arrive on the 3rd to install the carpet and whyI told her I would call as soon as I had some informationI called the rep for the trucking company and for the carpet millI did not receive return calls until Monday the 7thI immediately called Ms*** to let her know that they had found the carpet and we could install on Thursday the 10thMs*** said she wanted her money backI offered her a discount, but she wanted a refund, which we issued the same dayI now have a roll of carpet
The fact that we were closed for the holiday does not mean that I did not address this issueI wasn't able to resolve it until after the holiday

This is in response to complaint [redacted] filed by Ms. [redacted]. 

She is correct. When we went to pick up the carpet at the trucking company, they could not find our carpet. Unfortunately this was the 2nd of July. I immediately called the customer's daughter to let her know that we would not arrive on the 3rd to install the carpet and why. I told her I would call as soon as I had some information. I called the rep for the trucking company and for the carpet mill. I did not receive return calls until Monday the 7th. I immediately called Ms. [redacted] to let her know that they had found the carpet and we could install on Thursday the 10th. Ms. [redacted] said she wanted her money back. I offered her a discount, but she wanted a refund, which we issued the same day. I now have a roll of carpet.
