[redacted] and [redacted] purchased a Cadillac CTS for our dealership on 9/18/At that time the vehicle had a 3month/mile engine and transmission warranty with a 50% copaySix days after they purchased the vehicle, the radiator failedWe paid the tow of $and the complete repair of the radiator of $as a goodwill gestureAt that time, we furnished Ms [redacted] with a loaner vehicle at no chargeIn December, the Cadillac was towed to our dealership with a transmission issueAt that time, Ms [redacted] demanded that we pay for the entire transmission repairWe finally told her that if she paid $400.00, we would cover the rest of the repairOnce again she was given a loaner vehicle free of chargeThe work was performed and the vehicle was returned on January 8th, We have copies of both repairs on fileThe vehicle now has 137,miles on itThey have put on over 10,miles and have owned the vehicle for close to nine monthsThe warranty from the repair shop is also monthsThey have never asked for our assistance, only made demands that we continue to cover repairs that are outside of the warrantyIf you have any further question, feel free to contact us at 219-987- Thank you, Gene F S***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards, [redacted] the car was seen multiple times for shifting problems/transmission leaks and other issues related to the transmission When it was still under warranty yet it was always just rigged to get us through the warrantyWe asked for paper work every time the supposably fixed it and they always had an excuseThe car has had nothing but problems since the first day I purchased it as it blew up on the way bringing it home and they promised they were going to fix everything and make it rightAnd now this is the second time the transmissions has gone out and it hasn't even been months since the other one was put inAnd then they call me at work and say they are towing the car off their lot if I don't come and get it and I'll have more problems than a transmissionI don't know how they expect me to get my car off their lot without a transmissionI'll accept the car being fixed correctly because it's been an on going problem even when it was still under warranty and was never resolved or the amount of the car can be refunded so I can go elsewhere

In response to Mr ***'s complaint we have complete text records of all the correspondence we have had with him. Nowhere does he ever bring up anything about the vehicle condition or equipment. When he purchased the vehicle, he signed a FTC Buyer's Guide that was marked As Is and also
his Buyer's Order from us. We never stop our customer from having a vehicle inspected before purchase. Mr *** also texted us that if we did not refund the money on the vehicle he would use the Revdex.com site and other reviews to force us to do so. If his intentions were to get the vehicle repaired, that was never an option he conveyed to us. In the months he owed the vehicle, he put on in excess of milesWe always address customer concerns and he is no exception. We also noticed that the email and phone number used on this complaint are not the ones we have for Mr ***. We hope that response will reach the correct parties
