My account was over drawn for a couple weeks, I have banked there over years, without any notice or phone call they closed my account, my benefits are deposited into the account and because of them closing the account with no notice it caused me not to receive my income, when I spoke to them this morning they said they would contact the ministry and return my money so I could have another check issued, and they would call me back, they never didThe ministry requires them to do their part, and they haven's which has caused me to be unable to pay my bills, renew prescriptions etc and because they haven't done their part I won't receive any help because it shows they have my money
