did all the work I was supposed to, tennant had a step she wanted me to replace in her basement, and to clean out some moldI went and cleaned it for her since I had to set up the box for the drip systemSo we cleaned it because we already had access to the rentalWhen she came to check the job,
the cleaning and the drip system, she came and was annoyed and said she was going to do the step and cleaning another time because she had to give the landlord hour notice, but the tennant even told me that she was happy with the stepI told her I had to check the the drip system and the timers for weeks after, and that I didn't need to go in the basement or the back to do so, just needed to look in the front to check on the plants and the systemShe told me she didn't want me to come back to her house again. I left a message on her phone and I would be willing to come out anytime I get back to take a look at the plants

Contractor was hired to install drainage pipes under sidewalk, drip system and plants to a small strip of grass between the sidewalk and street of my rental property in Midtown SacramentoI told contractor not to contact the tenant and that I had to provide hours notice to the tenant before going on the property other than the front and sidewalk areaHe finished the job in days instead of estimated 3-day and had contacted the tenant the use electricity and to get into the basementI asked for an invoice several times and did not get oneHe insisted on being paid so I gave him a check for $Contractor went to my rental house the next day, contacted tenant and told her he had work to do in the basementTenant let him in not knowing he was not hired or authorized to do soContractor did unauthorized, unwanted work in the basement while consulting with my tenantI am concerned that he damaged the redwood foundation of my year old *** by spraying it with bleach

John L*** came highly recommended by our neighbor who had his roof redoneWhen we had tons of rain 1/18, we received a quote, for re-roofing, along with damaged interior (living room floor)Carpet waterlogged, hardwood floors damagedFast forward to what transpiredOur hardwood floors look so good along with roof to home (year warranty)Anytime I called he called back immediately and or came to the houseHis work is meticulous and the rest of my Kids will be using him for remodeling and or renovation to their homesHe has added beauty to our 100+ year old homeEfficient, reasonable and conscientious as contractor

I am rejecting this response because: Contractor's written response does not make senseContractor will be in Mexico until Nov 15thHowever, he is willing to repair all bad work when he returnsEverything he did was badI will let him attempt to correct the damage he did to my house and will then bill him for charges to a quality contractor to repair his work
