I contracted Thee Best Built last summer for some handyman work and was very pleased with the results, as well as the personnel I just sold my house and need to comply with the deficiencies found at the home inspection Garry R*** responded to my phone call and was at my house the following day to review these deficiencies with me I'm confident these deficiencies will be corrected quickly and properly

I am very pleased with the quality of work and the timely matter the work was completed Employees were professional and courteous I will definitely use their expertise again

We called Garry at Thee Best Built for some exterior work on our houseThey were thorough and found some significant mistakes made by someone else that were creating serious water damage issuesEven with the additional issues that were found, the work was done in a very timely manner and Garry contacted us after to make sure everything was still to our satisfactionWe would highly recommend calling Garry and his team at Thee Best Built!

Garry and his team recently replaced a leaky roof on our attached garage in southwest Fort Wayne From the outset Garry was very involved and professional, and did the legwork to make sure things would go smoothly on the job In addition to the metal roof we used to replace the old shingles, we also had Thee Best Built do a variety of trim, install new soffit vents, and a few other odds and endsThe result was a very nice-looking roof and a high-quality job overall We will have them back later this year to do the rest of the house with the same roofing and trim

After completing the work on our driveway and garage in 2016, I asked Garry Roemke to look at our main bathroom with objective of converting the bath tub into a shower with seatI wanted the work to begin in spring of 2017; so I asked Garry to return in early He had a number of proposals, which included the shower, a new toilet, a floor, and repaintingWith all the ordering, everything came together for installation in the first week of AprilWe are impressed by the professionalism of Garry and all the workersThey are courteous and clean up after they are finished, and we have a simply gorgeous bathroom, which is fitted for folks our age and will served us well as we age furtherA final note: what we appreciated was the care that Garry took in the planning before the execution of the workA good plan makes the project roll out better

On July I *** *** as Pastor of *** ** *** *** signed a contract with Rex *** Of Absolutely Thee best Built,State rd Harlan, Ind
contract was to have Church steeple broken brick, and missing mortar replaced, and patch concrete under post at front door
Work was to begin approximately Aug 5, with an approximate completion date of Aug 2017, at an agreed price of $4,
We paid a down payment of By Check,#
The work has not been completed
much of the work done is very sloppy,( mortar all over brick, mortar missing around bricks that were replaced, Broken pieces of brick on ground and sidewalk

Garry and his team did a great job building our privacy fence last summer They were timely, very polite, and finished the job within the allotted timeframe Our backyard has a pretty steep slope and the fence is perfectly even across the top Great work! His team ran into an issue with an unmarked gas line, and Garry remedied the situation in a quick and professional mannerThe four-star review is solely because the gate and latch do not operate very smoothly and the gate panels are slightly uneven at the bottom There seemed to be an issue with getting the latch installed, so it does not shut well or slide properly I am sure Garry would have happily fixed this at the time, so I am taking part of the blame for not speaking upThanks Garry and Thee Best Built! We would happily use you again for other projects :)

We hired Thee Best Built to help us with the kitchen renovation project Gary and his crew did a fantastic job! They were very thorough, and my wife and I were very happy with the quality of their work Gary worked around our schedule and made sure that the work got completed on time He even pointed out some things missed by us and by other contractors and fixed those Also, he is a very nice guy Thanks, Gary!

Thee Best Built, Inc gave me hope, they saw what I was too blind to see or had a lack of education to recognize my home was repairable, Garry and his crew took an old storm damaged home and revived it! Replacement of the roof, front three windows, siding, down sprouts, insulation, soffit/venting, and chimney repair has positive feedback/compliments from neighbors, friends, and family as well as from strangers asking to buy or rent my home I'm just sayin', it makes me go into a whirlwind of Thank You, OMG, WOW!!!

In the summer of 2016, I talked to Gary Roemke about the water build up in our driveway and its flooding our garage floorHe gave us an excellent estimate of services which included installing a drain head of our garage to keep the interior dry and a tile across the drive next to the street to pass water between the two parts of our yardGary arranged for a superior expert in concrete and drainage issues to do the workWhile excavating for the drain, he discovered the the original builder of the garage had not installed a full footer under the garage entrance and that an adjacent tree had invaded the area with its rootsThis required the pouring of a footer and the replacement of a section of the garage floorWe also arranged for a load of gravel for the drivewayThe results were impressiveWe have a driveway which does not floor when it rains, a footer across the garage entrance, and warmer, dry garageAll this was accomplished by a courteous, friendly, and informative workers, who clean up after they have completed their work, at a fair priceWe are very pleased

Gary Roemke is awesome! He is always trying to give us tips to save money by doing things ourselves so save money Just recently, while he was repairing my laundry room walls, he discovered a crack in the wall that went all the way through to the outside! He repaired it and then ended up waiving the cost for that so that I could afford to replace the floor! Gary has been at my house several times for repairs and house advice He is very trustworthy, easy to work with, timely in his repsonses and affordable!! He also does very high quality work that is done the right way! I refer him to any of my friends who need work done or advice on home matters

We recently had Gary with Thee Best Built had one of his electricians put in several light fixtures, fix a light switch, and repair a light in our home, they did an excellent job We then had him come back and they replaced our kitchen sink, garbage disposal, ran a new dishwasher water line, and replace our Faucet We ended up having a defective faucet, but they recommended we try and have Delta send a replacement part, since I really liked the faucet, which they did, Greg, his plumber came back out on a Saturday, which is unheard of He practically took the whole thing apart to see what was wrong with it It was determined there was a blockage in the faucet, so it could not be used We had a different backup faucet, which he put in for us It all works Great We Love it Everyone was very considerate, professional, and polite I definitely recommend them and will have them back

I am rejecting this response because:Thee Best Built was the company I contactedThee Best Built is who sent Rex ***Thee Best Built name on top of contractThee Best Built is who I contacted to get Rex to come back to work after no work happening for weeks(See Screen shots) When I would talk to Rex about when he would work on building he would just keep saying be there next week ( Estimated completion date was Aug 21, Rex says completed Nov 21, I have pictures taken Nov 28, and Rex did some work after that date.) Thee Best Built said it was sending man lift(screen shot) Work in not Complete, Contract said replace missing mortar, pics show missing mortar, and very sloppy work was done. Also Rex claims he was trying to help by fixing problems which insurance wanted fixedI had made clear to Rex we had a deadline from Insurance Company of early Sept, which was within his approximate date of completion of Aug Doesnt seem very helpful to meApproximately weeks after was started Rex made the statement to me that he had seriously under bid this job, and that he was having to do other jobs to earn moneyHe also stated that Gary (Thee Best Built) was sending him on other jobs keeping him busy, as screenshot shows Thee Best Built sent Rex to work on our building

We hit the jackpot when we found Thee Best Built! We needed some concrete work done before the end of the year, and they were there with a quote and the knowledge to do the job properly While they were doing that job, high winds caused some other damage on the house and they were able to fix that as well All with excellent quality We have found our new company for projects around the house!

Garry is very professional and great to work with I had a flood in the house and he was there in a couple days after the floors had dried to start the re-building of the walls and floor He is very knowledgeable about home repairs, codes, and unrelated house items also He gives fair pricing and is on time with projects I have never had a more honest, timely, dependable contractor Thank you Garry for everything
