We paid this company half ($2,825.00)up front to order the windowsWe were promised they would come in within to weeks which then turned to to weeks, and then to weeksAfter multiple promises from the company to come and install them and several cancelled appointments due to their various issues & dilemmas we decided enough was enough and asked them for a refundWe were then asked to sign a cancellation document in which they claim there is a 10% fee charged for cancelling the orderThere is no mention of a cancellation fee on the estimate/contract
