Thinking of using Diamond Granite for your kitchen remodeling project? – THINK AGAIN Our experience was extremely frustrating, working with the team, from planning to execution The salesperson was either late or a non-show for several appointmentsWhen we did meet with him, he was totally unprepared and misinformed on the project that he was headingWhen we finally got a sketch, the measurements were incorrect and some were even missingAll we got from the company was – sorry for your troubles, we will speak to the salesperson Upon installation, the salesperson neglected to write down that Diamond Granite was responsible for the plumbing, even though it was authorized weeks priorThe installer than advises that there is a plumbing piece missing that we were responsible for purchasingWhen the office manager was contacted – all I got was – sorry that the salesperson did not tell you that it is the customer’s responsibilityTo top it all off, on that conversation, we argued if the installer could get a $part, I would have to pay for his min travel time to Home Depot This was a multi-thousand-dollar project and we were arguing over a $part that the salesperson forgot to tell us!!!!!! So sorry Diamond Granite that I need to write this reviewYour organization is staffed with people with poor sales customer service skills

They installed granite counter tops in kitchen and bathrooms and were not scheduled to perform the plumbing re-install - I had my own person lined upThey called and insisted in changing the installation date, I said I couldn't because my plumbing person was unavailThey insisted, saying they would supply the plumbing re-install w their people They left of those sinks leakingI called to complain and was argued with that it was my fault because I wouldn't buy their really expensive shut off valves They did send someone out to inspect, he said the connection was loose and installed shut off valves but apparantly mangled the parts and compromised the connections days later, two of my sinks were still leaking I paid licensed plumbers to come in and fix the leaksI also had my plumbers look at all the plumbing that diamond granite remodeling did and when they looked at the kitchen sink plumbing they just laughed...worst job they've seen in along timeNeeds to be ripped out

Had quartz countertops installed in mid-July Discovered a series of prominent scratches in the kitchen island countertop, appearing to have been made by some type of machinery during fabrication It was very difficult to get someone from the company to come out and take a look at it - missed appointments, lack of response, etc Finally Daniel D [redacted] came out to look at it, and scheduled a future date for a repair person The repair person arrived alone at the scheduled time/date, despite Daniel's promise to be with him His repair work did not remove the blemishes - he somehow filled in the scratches, but now there are more prominent black marks where the scratches were Since then, I have emailed back and forth several times with Daniel, and his responses have been erratic at best - excuses, non response, etc- telling me he's been in and out of town, then not responding when I confirmed availability for a time/date he suggested My wife left work early to meet him, and he nev

This business has serious issuesThere is a terrible woman in the front office named Rachel that is rude and lies about whether the owner of the company is in the office to speak toAfter trying to resolve an issue with one of their sales people, I asked to speak with the owner, told he was not inWhen I called back and blocked my number, different storyA long history of not returning calls, not showing up to appointments that were made a month in advance and then trying to tell me that I needed more material when I had another granite company do the same measurements and tell me it would fit on one slabDiamond Granite tries to make you buy twoCrooks

We contacted Diamond Granite and Remodeling LLC in August asking if they service Flagstaff AZThey assured us they did and came out to bid a small project for us despite us telling them it was just a laundry room counter topRyan (salesman) showed up as promised and gave us an onsite quote of $1,We told him about our second home in southern AZ also needing countertops and he again assured us that they would be interested in bidding the jobHe scheduled a date and showed up as promised in Southern AZHe gave us another onsite quote this one being $5,and GOOD NEWS, the purchase of two slabs (if we would accept the same material in both homes) would leave enough material left over to also do our Flagstaff laundry room and subsequently lowering to price from $1,936,to an even $1,So, please stop by our showroom at E Elwood St Ste Phoenix, AZ to sign a contract to proceedWe sign the contract on 9/8/The company immediately debits our account for 50% of both quotes: $2,and $Ryan said "I will call you on Monday (9/10) to give you templating and install days for both projects." No callI finally call their office the following Monday (9/17) and was told our templating dates and install datesInstall for the Southern AZ job is 10/and Flagstaff 10/I get a call from Ryan the day before our install down south: "We don't have enough material to do the full counter section in FlagstaffWe can either do it in two different materials or change the stone type" No apology and when we ask how this happened he refused to admit that he made a mistake in measuringThe thing is...I don't believe he made a mistakeHe wanted the sales commission and did the layout on graph paper right in front of usHe made a nervous comment that his boss was an Arab-Jew (his words, not mine) and that the owner was going to be mad that he squeezed both our jobs on two slabs instead of selling us three When Ryan first called to tell us the bad news, he asked if we would take an alternate product and I said I would get back to him after speaking with my spouseI contacted him back after minutes and said that we would take a similar material as long as there was no additional cost to usHe changed his tune and said that there would be an additional costWHAT? We asked to speak with the owner, Daniel *** and he was rude and argued that they didn't make a mistake and we would now have to purchase a third slabHe offered NO solution other than us spending more moneyWE SIGNED A CONTRACT, they measured, came out, templatedA month has passed and nothing was said until the day before installationThis company is corrupt and doesn't stand behind a signed quote/contractNOT ONE APOLOGY in all the conversations we had over thisThey completed the job for down south, charged $2,to my account WITHOUT my authorization and BEFORE they job was even completedI called the office and spoke with the manager who refused to refund the 50% on the Flagstaff job unless we sign an emailed statement that they provided in which it states that because we wouldn't purchase another slab we were choosing to cancel the Flagstaff projectWhen I asked why they found it necessary to debit our account the remaining $2,instead of only the $2,that was owed the store manager told me that was the contracted amount dueWhen I asked her to refund the card immediately for the $of the Flagstaff job that THEY cancelled, she said that she did not have to refund the account that was debited and it was in their contract that they would issue a refund check instead, but only AFTER we sign the cancel statement they providedThey also claim that the projected drawings never included the Flagstaff jobEither Ryan is a liar or the owner and office manager areThree adults witnessed Ryan drawing up all the specs for both projectsSave yourself and STAY AWAY from this company and their dishonest practices!

Contacted Diamond on a recommendationSalesman came out and did rough measure for a quartz topInsisted on 3cm even though the underlayment for 2cm was already in placeWhen asked he stated they 'only did 3cm.' I asked how the installer would fit sink and he stated they would 'rout the top to fit.' We mentioned we would also like enough material to do another top at a later timeHe stated this would be no problemWhen he called to reserve the slab he asked for the biggest slab they hadProblem is the slabs only come in one sizeAfter listening to him brag about his experience I knew enough not to argue
When it was time to measure, got a call the day before to let me know what timeTemplate guy came out and was shown the sink issueHe agreed with me and called to change it w to 2cm materialAfter a couple of texts the material was changedWhen I asked about any money difference, since the material used was now 1/less, I was told the extra fabrication cost would eat up the difference in costsI guess I wasn't getting the edge we agreed to because that would be the same amount of fab
Install time, again a call less than hours early to let me know what time the installers would be thereThey did a great job given the product they had to work withOne top is badly out of square and still cleaning up the mess from all the grinding done inside the house
Extra material is supposed to be held for days, and yes we did request itWhen I went to pick it up, no material was on holdA couple of guys looked around at a few of the pieces that might have been left over but weren't sure if they were the correct ones or notNeedless to say I left without any material
No one has even bothered to check to see if the job was done to our satisfactionI haven't bothered to call because after reading the complaints I don't have any hope in the job being done correctly without a lot of grief

They left of those sinks leakingI called to complain and was argued with that it was my fault because I wouldn't buy their really expensive shut off valves
They did send someone out to inspect, he said the connection was loose and installed shut off valves but apparantly mangled the parts and compromised the connections
days later, two of my sinks were still leaking

Had a quartz countertop made and installed
Hole for garbage disposal air switch drilled in wrong location, Drywall damage in four location during installation, seam line installed in wrong location, old countertops not removed from home as promised, none of quartz leftover pieces were given to customer and key to enter house was not returned

I asked them to make an island with my left over granite slab and they sold it without speaking to me!! Unfortunately this slab is almost impossible to match and now my kitchen is missing a giant island!!! What a nightmare! It's too bad because the installation and counters do look wonderfulThe only part that is not high quality was the sink we bought from themThe under cover has fallen off and the sink is not durableBut loosing my granite (river bordeaux) is unimaginableIt was a inch by inch pieceWe are heartbroken over this

On 2/9/we contracted with Diamond Granite and Remodeling to tear out our old counter tops and back splash and install new quart counter tops and a tile back splashWe were to supply the tile for the backsplash and disconnect and reconnect the plumbingThis job was supposed to take days, on 2/25/and 2/26/The counter tops were installed on 2/25/and immediately there was a problem with the quartz counter top on the islandThey installed pieces that didn't matchThey also removed the old backsplash and left big holes in the wall but said they would repair itWe immediately called the salesperson Judd and he came over to look at the mismatched counter top pieces and said it was not right, took pictures and said they would replace the counter topThe next day 2/26/no one showed up due to a mix up in schedulingWhen they came on 2/27/to install the backsplash they said they couldn't do it since they didn't have the right equipmentThe workers came in again on

AD IS A COMPLETE SCAM!
This company engages in a classic bait and switch/up charge operation If you go to their website and review their main promo ad regarding Granite, Fabrication and Installation for $29.99sf - it is anything but that!
https://www.diamondgranitephoenix.com/?gclid=Cj0KCQjwof3cBRD9ARIsAP8x70Ouckfj0SS... /> You have to review the minute, fine, and hard to read print that states a $minimumbut fair enough, it is on the very bottom Of course, only after you get an initial quote to lure you in do you receive an invoice that states there is an additional $flat charge for cutouts, templates, etcand another 3% office overhead charge - NONE OF WHICH is ever disclosed or written until the invoice shows up Obviously, $29.99sf is never the price you will payIn addition, their salespeople (Chris) talk in circles, ignore emails for clarification, and change their story with regularity Biased reviewI don't think so I have a written invoice, emails with conflicting details, and their own taped phone conversations THINK BEFORE YOU LEAP WITH THIS SCAM OFFER!

and sink installationThe first thing I liked about Chris was his knowledge of the construction businessI also appreciated the installation process as he described it to meHe took the measurements for the install and then sent another person out to the measurements once againThat shows a level of detail and I appreciated their work processesHe sent two crews out to do the jobOne crew removed the old counter top and sinks, and the second crew did the installation of the new counter and sinksAgain...you have crews doing the same job day in and day out, which should translate into a consistent good job each time, which in fact did occurThe crew took caution in the way they prepared for the job, and cleaned up after themselves when the job was completedIf I have any construction related work in the future, I will contact Chris first

Quartz countertop cracked 2nd time in same location It was replaced after cracking the first time--which was due to a poor installation and the seam placed in wrong area (according to their service person)This replacement followed numerous issues with the install whereby they did not measure the holes for sink correctly, nor did they install the sink correctly and it fell out shortly after installationThe first crack appeared after 5-months, they installed another counter and we noticed shortly thereafter that the counter was not levelI contacted them and left messages and never did get this issue fixed...they never returned my calls In June of this year, I contacted them about a new crack in the counter and was told it was out of warrenty but I could call the supplier and take it up with themI contacted the supplier who told me they don't speak to end consumer and the fabricator would have to call themI called Diamond back and Rachel advised that she would contact them

I received your voicemail that you left today and I'm assuming it has to do with the complaint I filed with the Revdex.com yesterday.  I prefer not to talk on the phone anymore and all future communication should be sent via email moving forward.  I have also copied [redacted] from the Wisconsin Revdex.com to this email as well.
I contacted [redacted] yesterday at Illinois State Beach Resort and she is concerned I have not received my refund back.  She stated that Illinois State Beach Resort takes their preferred vendor list very seriously. [redacted] also wants to know the result of my current situation so she can take the appropriate action needed with having your company on the preferred vendor list moving forward.
I also work with a co-worker named [redacted] that over heard my problem with getting my refund back as well.  She said she spoke with you a few weeks ago about possibly getting a photo booth and dj for her wedding coming up in September.  She is very interested in the result of my situation as well.
Please send me my refund for the photo booth in the amount of $475.00 to my address listed below as soon as possible.  Further action will be taken if necessary.
Thank you,
[redacted]
