Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The package was destined for Palestine, so the proper steps should have been taken to ensure that there would be no delays, ie missing paperworkI had to contact the shipping store myself to let them know the package was being held by customsAs per FedEx, they contacted the shipping store three times and left messages but the shipping store never responded to FedEx nor did they contact meThe substantial fees inccurred were due to the shipping store not sendind the proper documentationYou will see that I had shippied the package out in December and the invoice the shipping store had faxed would have a data in JanuaryThe shipping store did not help me whatsoever duing the two months I was going back and forth with FedEx, I was told by them to call FedEx myselfIn the end I had to abandon the package as the fees were too high and had reached along with the duties and taxes the cost of a new phoneI implore the Revdex.com to contact FedEx to sort this matter out Sincerely, [redacted] ***
Beware, customer will not be told upfront about any service charges this retailer adds to postage, all they did was weigh and measure my box and they charged $extra of what it said on the FedEx website, $charged when FedEx stated $ That is over a 50% fee just for shipping with this retailer I called and spoke to the owner who told me he has to pay rent, highway robbery!!

You will see that I had shippied the package out in December and the invoice the shipping store had faxed would have a data in January. The shipping store did not help me whatsoever duing the two months I was going back and forth with FedEx, I was told by them to call FedEx myself. In the end I had to abandon the package as the fees were too high and had reached along with the duties and taxes the cost of a new phone. I implore the Revdex.com to contact FedEx to sort this matter out.

Customer [redacted] sent a package VIA FedEx from our shipping location on 12/**/2013 - Package was sent with proper documentation, if the package did not have the proper paperwork FedEx pickup...
driver would have refused the package at our store and would have not picked it up. Additional commercial invoice was needed when it reached Palestine NOT the USA, and the commercial was sent Via fax we have have proof of the commercial invoice and dated fax paperwork. The reason package was not delivered is because receiver REFUSED to pay the duties and taxes. Please call fedex ###-###-#### - Tracking number [redacted] Fedex will tell you reason package never got to receiver is because they refused to pay for it. This has nothing to do with the shipping store we did our due diligence. As per FedEx package was sent back to [redacted].
Review: The Shippng Store did not send the proper documents with my package causing a massive delay. My package was shipped 12/**/13 and has still not reached the desitnation (Palestine). When FedEx contacted them three times they niether contacted FedEx nor me. I had to tell them to send the commercial invoice myself. After the commercial invoice was sent I was told that I had to deal with FedEx myself. Now Israeli customs is charging me a $120.00USD storage fee.Desired Settlement: The package contains an iphone 5s that costs me 700 dollars. Now in order to return or send the package I need to pay 500. I would like for the shipping store to pay for the storage fees. But the package will most liktely be destroyed by then so I would lilke a refund for the phone.
