Good Afternoon,I've attached our e-mail correspondence with Mrs [redacted] so you can read what was discussed As you will read in our initial response, the customer requested to have spark plugs replaced There was never any mention of a problem with the car, to diagnose the car or did she question the service she requested (see attached "Early Bird Envelope") This was the first time we have seen this vehicle.Please let me know if you need any more information Thanks! I disagree with this response because in my experience, if I take my car to a mechanic and describe what is going on and what I think I need, best practice would be to complete a diagnostic before doing any work. Since they did not fix my truck, I had to go to another auto repair shop. After I explained to him what happened and that I purchased ignition coils based on what Auto Repair told me was needed, he said that they would do their own testing to determine what was needed. He called me back and let me know that it was not my ignition coils and told me what was going on with my vehicle and this was in spite of what I told him was needed. Now my truck is running fine! I will not return to Auto Repair for any work on my truck, however, I would like my refund of $**.** that I was told I would get

I disagree with this response because in my experience, if I take my car to a mechanic and describe what is going on and what I think I need, best practice would be to complete a diagnostic before doing any work.
