If I could give negative stars I wouldRun, don't walk away from Pasha if shipping a vehicle I have shipped a total of vehicles with Pasha - last two at the same timeFirst time was fineThe most recent shipping was a nightmare on both vehiclesYes, they may be good to start, until they get your moneyThen, if you need customer service, it's not only nonexistent, they AVOID youI have left multiple voicemails with the manager of customer service, Connie, and all have gone unanswered! Inexcusable!! What happened? They failed to communicate that the their handler in Hawaii would be closed on the 23rd of December (not a holiday or weekend)Thus, after making plans to land and pick up my vehicle I was forced to incur housing and rental car expenses until the following TuesdayNow understand, they know the dock schedules intimately Not only did they fail to work with me regarding a remedy, they avoided me entirely and could care less once the money was in handTrust me, use Matson or even a homemade raft to ship your vehicle instead of PashaYou have been warned!
