She had a cell phone photo of a photo that was in a glass frame with a bright flash reflection, *** made it difficult to see the details needed? Not to mention she was holding flowers to her chest areaI looked up her consignment account number *** is attached to each consigners item with a price in different locations on the gownsI told her lets go and locate the dress being Ms *** told me this dress was altered to a size 4 I started looking for the dress in that area I did not find a dress with her consigners number in the size location I continued to look ,7,areas at that point Ms *** says here it is this is my dressI thought great I then looked for the tag’s *** were not located on the dress to tell me *** of the 1200+ consigners dress this one gown belonged to plus it was a size not a size cut down to a size like Ms *** first indicatedI asked her if she had any other photos that can help me see the dress better she told me no that’s it the marriage only lasted one year and no one took phohots she said she knew it because it was dirty from the floor from her weddingAt that point I told her but this is a size you said your dress was an cut to a size That is when I told her I will be right back I went into the rear of the store to check through the gowns back there to make sure her dress was not one of those we have in the backUpon my return Ms *** was gone she left the store leaving a threat telling my partner *** that she would have her lawyer back to get her dressTen minutes later she came in demanding a copy of her contract in w*** we do have with her signature on itWe explained to her we wanted to be 100% sure the dress was her gown before we would release it for her own protectionBefore she left the shop she was in 100% agreement and understood we were looking out for her own good she told us prior to leaving she would try to see if she could get another photo that will help make this 100% sure it’s her gown instead of 85% sure for our own protection we sure would hate to find out we gave her the wrong gown that really didn’t belong to her after allWe have not heard back from her nor has she come back by with another photo but that gown is sitting right here After she filed this complaint with your office we did receive a phone call from Ms *** on 6/27/in w*** she then forwarded us a better photo of her dress in w*** provided us what we simply requested her to do right from the startMs *** can print out the photo she emailed us and come sign the proper documents needed in order for us to release the dress and close her account

The business was closed a year ago,  this was a consignment shop that took items on consignment as this customer is aware of.   NO Lous Vitton was ever guarantee at our shop as we are not qualified nor any employee was not qualified to authenticate. ...

We  did talk to this young lady and she could not tell us who even sold her the purse!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

After searching all over arkansas for a quality portable building I purchased my building from Jr the owner of The Outback Barn in early March of 2016. He seemed like a real nice man and took great care to note each and every detail I wanted in the building because he knew I was planning on turning it into a cabin to live in. He stated that they have their best carpenter build these cabin type buildings. He gave me his sons number to contact with any questions or changes ( his son runs the location that builds the larger buildings ). I waited a week and asked for progress pictures which he promptly sent. He contacted me a few days later to schedule delivery. The delivery guy showed up with the building and done a great job setting everything up. While he was working I noticed a few things that were messed up and not done correctly. I told him and we agreed that if I couldn't fix them without creating further problems they'd send someone out. I am disabled with a bad back and after staying up all day with the delivery I left when he did. The next morning I really started looking over the building and quickly started noticing other little things that weren't done correct. Well, after I got done I was very disgusted... This was a Saturday evening so I thought about it and sent Jr an email listing everything I had found that wasn't right. He replied saying his son was sending someone out to fix everything. They showed up and fixed what they could however some things couldn't be fixed unless the building were completely rebuilt. The things I'm referring to that had to be fixed were as follows: porch railings severely unlevel, doors wouldn't shut/stay shut due to the frame being installed a half inch to high, one end was missing a gable vent, the stain was barely applied in various locations all throughout the exterior, the porch was completely missing the 10 decorative braces, nails were sticking out everywhere along the edge of the walls/all throughout the floor, sheets of siding were just nailed at the top and bottom ( you could run your hand behind the wall studs ). That was what all was fixed after delivery. What wasn't fixed was NO foam sealant was used anywhere in the building but states on their website ALL buildings are foam sealed to keep bugs out, a few decking boards were missing under the ridge vent, but here's what really upset me... Their buildings aren't sized as one would think. They measure from the widest point. My building was purchased by the square foot 12x40 I watched him figure the price this way. I was under the impression it would measure 12' outside corner to corner however this measurement is 11'6". They measure eave to eave. So my 12' wide building is 10'9" inside stud to stud. This may not seem like much but it adds up considerably when your building a tiny home. After discovering this I went back to the lot and measured other buildings ( 12' & 14' ) and all their buildings appear to be built this way. I done some research and found online where some companies do this to cut costs and when it's 12' or less at its widest point they aren't required to have pilot cars or special permits for delivery. If you decide to purchase from The Outback Barn be sure to ask about the building WIDTH! You're paying for square footage that you will NOT receive! Also ask if the building quality you see on the lot will be the same that you receive! I would like to add if Outback Barns reads this if you ran your business as religiously as you act you should tell future customers this information up front. Two other people in my family are interested in buying buildings just like mine ( however they'll be going elsewhere ). I am satisfied now even tho I had to fix some of the things MYSELF and would like to add that I was never contacted to see if I was happy after they came out and fixed everything. I hope this helps future customers ask these much needed questions before buying from The Outback Barn in Mena Ar!
