I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of
the offer I reviewed appear below. It is to bad that he has lied about the situationHe did not show up to my house because he decied to go away on a drinking vacation with his buddysThat was more important then finishing up my pool, he didnt take into consideration that we also had a pool party that weekend end and had to cancel due to his negligenceHe did not call or respond to my calls for several daysHe was right that it did rain the one day, but does that mean you cant pick up the phone and call your customer? He has horrible customer service skills and I would not recommend him. I have talked to other customer who also had similar problems with him, and they said they went to court with him because this is how he conducts buisnessIts to bad this is how he treats people and waste thier time and money. I had to hire someone else to finish the jobthat he was paid for, and thier were still a ton of wrinkles in the linerI want my money back!!!!! Regards, *** ***
