I highly discourage anyone from ever doing business with this companyThey had to redo our master shower times and we were still left with uneven grout lines, different colors of grout, holes large enough to fit your hand behind the tile at the top of the shower, there are holes in the grout anywhere from pinhole size to 1/inch, cracked tiles and overall sloppy workWe submitted a warranty claim and the owner Misty stated she would come to our house and look at the workFrom the moment she entered our home, she was rude, condescending and had an excuse for everythingMy husband ended up asking her to leave due to her rudeness and we cancled the warranty claim because Interior Edge will never step foot in our house againWe decided to chalk it up to a loss and we will find a reputable company who takes pride in their work to make the repairsIf anyone is considering this company's work, you are more than welcome to message me and I will provide you with plenty of photos to show their quality of work
I've left this review in another forum as well, just trying to get as many links as possible on itMaybe it will start to get someone's attention
If you're a homeowner, good luckIf you're a builder, save the money and use it to get your own guy to fix the issueYou'll save a bunch
Dealing with this company is laughableThey immediately deny every claim, regardless of what it is and don't use any email correspondenceYou better get out the old fax machine or make sure you buy a nice big book of stamps
We've probably filed items in the first months of owning the homeNothing huge or expensive to fix but in accordance with their "coverage" I can't fix anything myself or it voids the whole agreement
They've sent out a couple of workers to take a look and each one saw the problem we describedLike clockwork they left to "go get a part" and weeks later a letter arrives saying it's not covered by their agreementI'm beginning to think there's never been anything covered by their agreement
Luckily our builder is making good on these items, hopefully they continue to do so
Just in case, here's the Revdex.com for these guys: go.Revdex.com.org/1rtaj0m
Those folks were getting nowhere so I figured I'd try a new forumThey have an A- rating for some reason but none of these disputes have been resolvedRead through any of them
