[redacted] ***< [redacted] @***.com>Date: Fri, Apr 7, at 3:PMSubject: Complaint # [redacted] To: [redacted] @myRevdex.com.orgHello my name is [redacted] ***I am the customer in this case:This complaint was not resolved with the person named Nazir and I would like to further this complaint.My wife and I feel we should get at least $back from Nazir as he had taken our vehicle, a [redacted] for $in his wordsWe have text messages stating that he did soHe is now trying to sell the [redacted] for $dollars.We have him $2,and have the car he got us, which now is causing us mechanical issues at handThe airbag light has come on, and the ESC light has come onWe have been completely stripped of our money and completely ripped off by this manMy wife and I feel he should not be allowed to do this to another customerWe went through a lot with this man after asking for our money back countless times without any vehicle at handHe has given us a hard time and is still continuing to ask us for $We have text messages stating that, when we asked for our money ($2,150.00) back, he would give us $and take away $for "wasting his time and work" which to our knowledge is illegalMind you again, we did NOT have any vehicle at hand whilst asking for our money backHe refused countless times giving us no choice but to take the vehicle we have now (Hyundai Sonata 2007) which is currently giving us issues we have not had this vehicle for a month yetWe would really appreciate if this was handled and we were reimbursed for what we have gone through, we had given him our $2,to find us a vehicle, we did not like any of the vehicles he was offering as they were all 'R-Titles' and we did not want any, we have text messages stating we did not want any 'R-Title' vehiclesWe then asked for our money back and he refused as I stated above.If need be, we have substantial evidence proving he has wronged us in many ways.Att: [redacted] and [redacted] ***Thank you.Sent from my [redacted]
