He said only if everything went according to plan. He said they planned on using my old liner but could not. I told him that nobody ever told me about this "plan" that the proposal included all materials. He said since I knew [redacted], he checked with him and they would install at their cost. The problem is they don't tell you their plan until they want to hold you hostage to pay more money. Very poor communications. Their plan could be anything they could dream up to charge you more to finish the job. Unethical in my opinion.
