I reject ***'s lies I am not going to give [redacted] anything back I feel she owes me and is in breach of contract for theft of my equipment that I had to have the police rescueI feel if anything shje owes me and furthermore I have done many jobs like this over twenty years and I know when the work is right that is why she used our company because we do things rightall that needs comp[leted is the stone and I will be happy to complete the stone in the spring provided she pays our company in advancefor the work completed the remaining balance of dollarsI have to request the money in advance due to the theft that has already occurred I truly think [redacted] would be better off to pay someone else to finish this job because I feel neither of us can deal with each other any more

Lies Lies Lies,Its a a sad shame right today in this world the unfortunate thing for *** here is I do Have workers who were witnesses during the whole project to be completed and all will be more than happy to go to court to tell the truth when I sue her, and that im in the process of filing
rightSo The job was on time and supposed to get done what she didnt mention are a few key factors during this job #she hired a roofing crew to come in to do the rear roof where the chimney is located on the house in the middle of the projectThis put me a week back on her job and I had to start other projects to earn an income and let her know when I was done she would then be finishedThe friday I had scheduled the project I was on took an extra day so I showed up saturday morning november 12th to complete my work on the chimneyshe has given a dollar deposit by the way and I have invested over in materials not adding labor in to her projectI have only the stone veneers to complete and grout this is one day left on this job to finish out of the days spent on her job with people during that five day period she actually is in debt to me that is why I started to file a case in court against here this weekI showed up to finish the work on saturday back to the story and my equipment was all gone and I do have proof of this I obtained a report from columbus police department I texted her thimking it was stolen worried no answer for about minutesUntil I texted here that I was gonna have to call the cops to file a reportAll of a sudden she came out the front door and let me know she had all my scaffolding and equipment in her garage and was keeping it until I signed a paper I have no idea what it said about completing her chimney of course I declined signing a paper and made her aware she was commiting theft on my equipment she laughed at me and shut the door I called columbus police department out to then have them give her the option of giving my equipment back or she would go to jailshe reluctantly opened her garage and returned my tools and scaffoldI owe *** nothing and she in fact owes me two days prior to me coming out to finish the work she returned the stone I paid for with my credit card and had on her propertyi did own that and she returned that and took the credit for the stone of my products and bought other stone materials at that point she was in breech of contract my lawyer did tell me so I will be taking her to court that seems to the only way to resolve this after she tried committing felonies of stealing my equipment spending my day to get it backwriting slanderous dirty lie reviews all over yelp and google there will be no resolving this till the judge awards me all my time lost and wages during the incidents she caused she has no want to finish anything she is a liar and I wish there was a site I could put a review on for the homeowner they would know not to work for this crazy nutcase of a lady

I had my chimney rebuilt about 20 feet and they did a wonderful job turned out great they were very clean and my wife was very happy there was no mess in our yard after project I would recommend them to anyone.
