This man made a verbal agreement to remodel my bathroom We agreed I would not pay him until job was complete he than harassed us during the job for money because he was broke We gave him $cash one day, $another day etc The day before the job was complete he tried to get me to pay the balance and I said no not till job complete he begged I said no but when he called me tomorrow and told me job was done, I would pay him over the phone while as work and trust that it was done I came home and he did not hang up the mirror or the towel bar that has to be physically screwed into the tile wall with a special drill He first told my husband he would be back on a Saturday I texted later to confirm and he said no he did not say that but would come back next Saturday I told him this is why I did not want to pay until the job was complete and I need to have a mirror in my bathroom, I offered him $more to come back sooner and do this He declined the $and said he d
