Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
I am rejecting this response because: I don't feel the weather did this We had the mildest winter we've had in years I don't think that an apron that was months old should have that size of a crack in it I have friends that had an apron done the exact same month I did and they do not have a crack this size I truely don't think that Jim (the owner of Asphalt Company) would accept this kind of workmanship if it was done on his driveway If he isn't going to replace or pay me that portion of the apron that would be something he would have to live with I just disagree with these business practices
