Indian River Furniture has become hostile to minority customersThree years ago my wife and I purchased living and breakfast room sets along with other accessories for thousands of dollars, and our experience seemed quite normalHowever we recently visited this store and our experience was quite the oppositeThis time we felt quite uncomfortable and unwelcomedWe were constantly followed, spied on by an unidentified young man, and then directed to the warehouse sale (which we never asked for) in the back of the the store by another unknown manNo one indentified themselves as a salesperson or asked us if we needed help as was the case a few years agoWe left the store feeling humiliated, embarrassed, and discriminated againstWe plan to never shop at this store again, but it is quite disturbing knowing that we have been loyal customers in the pastI decided to post this to alert potential minority customers of what they should expect shopping at Indian River Furniture
I was overly satisfied with the incredible service and timely repair of my Tahoe. In 2 days they were able to fix a laundry list of problems during busy thanksgiving rush! Phenomenal family run business with honest and real time pricing. Found a new reliable technician and a valued customer for life!
