I have reviewed your complaints and responded in kind below:
1.
Our ship dates are estimated as is shown on all
our quotes and the order confirmation you received 4/28/at 3:06PMThis
order was made to order and if time was an issue, you could
have opted for
FASTRAK service which guarantees a ship date which was offered and shown on our
quotes and order confirmation as well(See attached order confirmation)
2.
I left a v/m for you 7/14/at 10:59AM advising
that the order was due to ship the following dayYou called back the same day
at 11:07AM and advised that you wanted the freight to be delivered Friday
7/17/so someone would be at the facility to accept the freight which I set
up
3.
White glove service was requested and fulfilled
from the shipping company“White glove” service only includes bringing the
item into the facility and debris removal which was done by Trump Card Freight
7/17/White glove service does not include setup of the equipment which is
obvious to anyone who deals with freight shipmentsHow would the shipper know
how to set up any equipment? It is only their job to deliver
4.
The product ordered is 50” wide not 36” or 30”
which is shown on the website, your quotes and order confirmation
5.
I am the manager and have not heard anything
after the delivery date when we spokeYou should have my info and if misplaced you

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 1[redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
1-if you look at the first invoice & as per the agreement with [redacted] Fast-track was selected at no charge
2-I did call on the 7/14 after 2 dates for shipping that where given to me & never fulfilled
& when I called on the 14th I was told that you would "try to " deliver on the 17th but was not sure so I asked for a phone call from you, the sales rep or the delivery department if it was infact going to be delivered on the 17th. that phone call never was placed & I was left to try to organize my life to receive the shipment
3-"white glove delivery" now nobody would agree that white glove delivery means ME & just one other driver trying to move a 800ib machine , & doesn't meant leaving it in the entrance not in its final resting place
also doesn't mean that I had to pay someone else to remove the crate wood parts & packaging.
