After speaking with the owner, Neil's Garage Cabinets will go & inspect Mr [redacted] cabinets with no money up frontThe earliest that we can get out there now will be on Tuesday, January 10th, If this is acceptable, we will have our technician out there sometime between the hours of 10:am & 4:pmSincerelyJim G [redacted] Operations Manager

It was explained to Mr [redacted] that there is a $deductible for the warranty, if in fact this is a warranty issueIt was also explained to Mr [redacted] that if after inspecting the cabinets it was not a warranty issue that he would need to pay a $service chargeMr [redacted] refused to pay any monies up front without knowing if it was a warranty issue or notIt was explained to Mr [redacted] that we have to send someone out to inspect the cabinets first, this is our company policyMr [redacted] felt that we needed to change company policy to suit his needsMr [redacted] continued tell me that someone should have told him our policies at the point of saleI explained to him that our sales people do not go over every company policy with customer and if he had any questions that he should have asked the sales person at the point of saleWe are still more than willing to take care of Mr [redacted] and any issues that he is having with the cabinetsMr [redacted] simply needs to adhere to our company policies SincerelyJim G [redacted] Operations Manager

The first time Mr*** contacted us regarding a problem with his cabinet in the restroom was because his wife did not like the color of the cabinetThe second time Mr*** responded on his complaint, he stated the size of the cabinet was not what he wanted and then the third time he stated, that he wanted to mount the cabinet outsideMr *** keeps changing his story, while we have a signed contract that shows where he wanted the cabinet placed and what color it was to beWe have completely fulfilled our end of the contractNeil's Garage Cabinets Inchas been in business for more than years with thousands of satisfied customers, and we have never had to go through the Revdex.com, that could not be resolvedWe have also tried to resolve this issue with Mr***, but he refuses to admit that he has made a mistake or has any fault in this matterNeil's Garage Cabinets will be willing to pay back Mr*** the $he paid for the cabinet, as long as it is noted that we are doing this under duress and that we admit no wrong doingThis will also conclude any business dealings with Mr***, now or in the future. To Whom it may concern,Mr *** *** did purchase garage cabinets in the color candleIn Mr*** laundry room, he wanted to order a in cabinet in western oak and a foot cabinet in his hallway bathroom also in western oakMr*** notified me a few days later after his cabinets were
installed, his wife didn`t like the color he chose for the cabinet in his bathroom the western oakI told Mr*** I was sorry, and that the cabinet is already built and attached to his bathroom wall, If I were to have an Installer come take it down and reattach a new cabinets he would have to incur the cost of the materials and the Installers timeThe material would be damaged if we tried to take it off the wallAll of our cabinets are cut to order for our customersMr*** got very upset with me, I asked him to talk to his wife about the color of the material and see if it is something she maybe was able to live with versus, tearing them out and the cost. I told Mr*** I would give him a call the following day to see what his wife decidedI call Mr*** back he stated his wife still didn`t want the cabinet in the bathroom, I could hear he was still upset so I told him, If he can pay for the cost of the Installers time that I would pay for the materialHe said he would talk to his wife and he had errands to do and would get back to me, I never received another call from him.I think, I was more then fair with Mr*** The Issue was never the size of the cabinet, or its structure, it was never mentioned. This is the same company per the website. When the problem is fixed I will accept the resolution

The complain is about the size of the cabinet not anything elseThe cabinet was supposed to be feet wide (in.) but it was made inches wideI was going to install this outside and a store bought cabinet in the bathroomI can not install a 22" cabinet on inch stud spacingIf they made like it was promised inches It would not have been a problem

It was explained to Mr. [redacted] that there is a $35.00 deductible for the warranty, if in fact this is a warranty issue. It was also explained to Mr. [redacted] that if after inspecting the cabinets it was not a warranty issue that he would need to pay a $65.00 service charge. Mr. [redacted] refused to pay...

any monies up front without knowing if it was a warranty issue or not. It was explained to Mr. [redacted] that we have to send someone out to inspect the cabinets first, this is our company policy. We are still more than willing to take care of Mr. [redacted] and any issues that he is having with the cabinets. Not sure why they insist on explaining their warranty policies now, when they should have explained them at the point of sale that way I would have made a decision then. I don't feel this is a good or fair business practice, as a consumer I should have been advised of the warranty policies and deductibles if any. The very least this company should do its take care of the issued at no charge,  I will be happy to provide pictures that would clearly showed a defective product. I don't see any attempted from this company to even try to resolved this issued.
