installed, his wife didn`t like the color he chose for the cabinet in his bathroom the western oakI told Mr*** I was sorry, and that the cabinet is already built and attached to his bathroom wall, If I were to have an Installer come take it down and reattach a new cabinets he would have to incur the cost of the materials and the Installers timeThe material would be damaged if we tried to take it off the wallAll of our cabinets are cut to order for our customersMr*** got very upset with me, I asked him to talk to his wife about the color of the material and see if it is something she maybe was able to live with versus, tearing them out and the cost. Not sure why they insist on explaining their warranty policies now, when they should have explained them at the point of sale that way I would have made a decision then. I don't feel this is a good or fair business practice, as a consumer I should have been advised of the warranty policies and deductibles if any. The very least this company should do its take care of the issued at no charge, I will be happy to provide pictures that would clearly showed a defective product. I don't see any attempted from this company to even try to resolved this issued.
