This can be verified with the us postal serviceBoth packages had the exact same weight verifying that there could not possibly had been like items in the same package as the same of the one like item in the other packageEach package only contained one itemAll I want is my missing items or refunded for the missing items

Hi, We have successfully refunded this order The customer did place different orders from our websiteof the were fulfilled The 3rd one for the item in question was indeed part of a glitch in our system that never fulfilled that specific order We do apologize for that and we are re-sending the item to thecustomer and offering them a full refund on that particular order for the mask (which we have already processed as I type this) Sometimes glitches happen and we take responsibility for this order being lost as a result of that We do hope this is resolved and are open to further communication with the customer If you would like to see a screenshot of the refund we can also provide But, considering this is our first Revdex.com issue ever we have no clue if the file will be publicly shown and do not want to expose any personal information of the customers by uploading a photo of their order Thank you

worst experience ever with online shopping. I ordered a Great Dane sweater dress about two months ago. the sweater took forever to arrive and the company said they shipped it before they actually shipped it. a week went by and I questioned them on deliver status as they did not give me a tracking number. once I got in contact by email to the company, they then told me it would be shipped out right away. I did end up getting a tracking number and the delivery took a while. I had already paid for shipping and the in the end, the sweater ended up costing me over 100 dollars. when it arrived it was sent to a shipping company where the wanted me to go and pay another 30 dollars for duty. I complained about this and the company only gave me a 14 dollar discount. when I finally got the sweater, it was way too small and the quality was poor. I emailed about getting an exchange but they told me the sweater was custom and there are no returns on custom orders. they should reword their refund policy as everything on that website is considered custom...EVEN IF THEY ADVERTISE EXACTLY WHAT I BOUGHT. their refund policy also says that refund will not be done if over 30 days. mine is past 30 days but only because they took weeks to reply and kept giving me the run around. they wanted pictures and measurements and the receipt...which I did not get in my package. I told them I want a refund and to send it back and get my money back but they refuse but offer maybe an exchange for a bigger size but still have yet to reply to my email that was sent on June 24th...it is now July 4th. Im thinking I am going to have to eat the money I lost with this useless company and alter the sweater myself. worst experience, zero willingness to help a customer. I hope all they money they have scammed off people is lost with the company that I hope goes under.

I have been waiting for this broken collar issue to be resolved for over a month now (from when I originally received it broken, and contacted the company about it) There is NO reason why I should not have the replacement by now Your responses of "it's been sent to the correct department, and they have to take care of it" is NOT acceptable any longer I waited about months to get this collar to start with, and then it took DAYS for you to even respond back to me when I tried to tell you I received it broken You then asked for a picture of the broken item, and I sent it you immediately I did everything timely and right on my end, but YOU are not! Over a month later I am STILL waiting for the replacement item to even be shipped out!! Now its over months since my original order, and you only respond to me when I finally go to the Revdex.com for help? Still no working product in my hands, as I am still waiting for it even to be shipped, which over a month later, this should have already been done!! This is SO unprofessional and unacceptable!
