I received a check for with a note that my warranty is void. The only way I will accept no warranty is to have a total refund of the brakes. No one has ever told them to call my parents. The only reason they have that number is because they were the ones picking up the car. I do not have a work number unless someone dies I can not get calls. I can not afford a cell phone. They stated they call my dad n July and quoted the price odf the oil change and he was to have given them authorization. They would not have called July 26, to give a quote when the work was done on June 7. I do do not want to even ask him about them calling on July because he does not need the stress and they do not need anymore bad publicity all over Mechanicsbug. I have never had my car at any other Team One so it is hard to know why I was to have been told not to return by them. I will accept the if the warranty is still in place. If they trust their work then they should not have to worry. I will need it in writing that the warrnaty is in place. The could have called me and left me a message weeks ago to say the squeaking was a thing and how long it would last. I know how much trouble they had finding the brakes so I just hope they used the right ones

Our Manager put multiple calls in to this customer, I actually left her a message from my personal phone today, I am confident this is a misunderstanding, I will attach my Managers response should I not get a call back

I spoke with the store manager, we ask customers to bring their wheel locks in but at the same time it is not beneficial to either party if we dont look in the usual locations, Glovebox, door, by the spare tire... However they should be returned directly to the customer... We sent the requested...

The Brake Pads were semi metallic and on and off squealing is a common characteristic of the style pad, I have also called and spoken with your father and left you a message, I will talk to you directly but your never available, Please leave a work or cell phone number I can contact you during my business hours. You Originally asked for $21.20 back I sent you a check for more, Your Brake Pads are fine and it is normal for that type of pad to be noisy. I can also be contacted at my email  [redacted].com  I am trying to resolve your issue, I have offered more then you asked for I just want to understand what you need...

Hello, I have been made aware of this complaint and I personally Dealt with this customer, He is unavailible during the day when I called in the morning and talked to his father and told him the oil change would be between 25 & 30 on his vehicle, His Fathers exact words were "He is such a Miser...

Yes Go Ahead and change the oil" The 19.99 inspection and Emissions is a discount which could be applied BUT EVERYONE pays the State Fees it is like Sales Tax, it is state mandated fees, However I will send a check today for $55 to cover the amount requested & Brake pads we did, (Therefore, there is no warranty on these Brakes)  this customer has already been asked not to return to several other shops in the area. I just dont think we are a good fit for him. Thank You, Jason

Review: I have bee m coming here for a year nowThey put a fuel pump in my car Nov 2013, and my car was still breaking downI have been here times in Sept 2014, it rook them almost ayear to diagnose my carNow since I picked my car up from them my gas guage no longer worksI told them about the issue and they keep giving me the run aroundThey wont give me a loaner car because they have other people waiting but I feel o should be of priority being I have beeen having issues with them concerning my carI would never refer anyone here you come in with one problem and leave with another one.Desired Settlement: I eant ro be refunded for fhe test I have had paid ro be run on my car which was $90, and I would like to speak with the manager of this company and not Tim in the [redacted], pa office, he is no help
