I have lived in a building they manage for 3 years now. They do a horrible job of managing, resolving issues, providing basic information, providing sensible solutions, etc. The only positive is that most of the time, they respond to emails in a few hours. Besides that they are rude and snappy for things that are clearly THEIR RESPONSIBILITY. They are uneducated on city codes and processes, and they are behind about 10 years in any processes for a condo building. It is nothing short of embarrassing that they manage this building.
