After doing research on this complaint, we at TBears are very confused about this order. I [redacted] the owner can not find were this order was ever refered to or inquired about. We recored all complaint calls and no were can we find in the logs did any one call adout this order. We only filled...

this order for FTD and not at any time was this order inquired about haveing a problem. Also it is made in oasis in a sealed can never was it dry the person who recicved it is instructed to add water as soon as it needs it. Instructions and flower food are provided with every arrangment. We are very sorry if they were not happy and will send out a arrangement to the recipient if they instruct us to. We do mot have the payment for the arrangement they would have to contact FTD for that.
