Store has a *** ATM Sign on their building. I saw the sign and needed a *** ATM to get cash from my bank so I got $50.00 in gas. I don't usually stop for gas here but they advertised *** ATM. I went in found the ATM and it was not operated by . I told the cashier and he got VERY rude.
Desired Settlement: Modification/discontinuance of Take the sign down!
this refers the telephonic discussions had with you couple of days ago,
please note that I have taken over this store just in February 20, I understand the sign of *** ATM is a general ATM sign it doesn't say that capital ATM here but anyway I am going to remove that sign soon.
I also sincerely apologize, if my employee have done any rude behavior. I would appreciate if you can send me the date and time of incident.
