Here is my respond to this complaint.Mr [redacted] came in to store to get some printing job done.He ask my Employee how much is cost to get printing documents she point him to Sign that explain how much is cost to get printing done Mr [redacted] said ok then we provide him printing service he want to print page documents from Flash drive that we did and ask for payment he come back and said it was only 15cents per page that was you have sign posted for copy service.Then I get in and explain him that you look at wrong sign there is sign posted for Printing service also.I explain him different between Copy and Printing service but he said I am not going to pay for this service.Total cost was $for printing service.He doesn’t want to pay more than 15cents per page.During this time two more customer get printing service and paid for it front of Mr***.he still said I am not agree to pay.I try to work with him and provide him discount on printing but he doesn’t want pay so I have to involute cop in to get payment for this service.I have both sign attached to this email show clearly what is for what.I try to make him happy but I fail to do so.Thanks [redacted] ***Sunrise Postal Services [redacted]
