At $14.00 s.f the priceagreed between Sunrise and the homeowner we should be charging (900X$14.00=$12,600.00)Ifthe homeowner agrees to the counter offer the material is paid for (at cost)and there is no profit to us; or the subcontractor; we both take the labor as aloss.
