Ridgeback inspected their *** work at *** in *** on August 24thThey admitted to their shortcomings but instead of fixing it, they told my *** that they were booked for three weeks and could not fix their mistakes until much laterSo now they expect us to travel all the way from *** in late October to rectify the problems at a huge cost to the home owners- gas, lodgings, etc
I have used Ridgeback Basement Systems twice to remedy water issues in my basement and have found them to be reliable, efficient, price effective and cleaned up after they were finishedI would use them again if I needed to and have no problem recommending them to others
