She started renting the unit and is now late on paymentHer rent is $and insurance is $I am showing she has been here from March 29-April I am showing no notes as far as issues with her storage unit

I am rejecting this response because: I NEVER signed a contract
I RESERVED the unit but the office was closed on the day I was supposed to sign the contract so I never got a locker Number or codeI had to rent from someone elseI don't owe them anything because I never took possessionI paid online to reserve the lockerOn April 1, I cancelled when I couldn't get a locker # or security code and I have been calling this company starting on April ! trying to get access to no availI want a FULL refundStalling will not avert my attempt to get my money back
