On October 12, we went to the property of *** *** *** *** ** XXXXXWe were called out by the owner of the property *** *** to do a gas leak detection on the propertyMr*** was quoted $for the leak detectionHe was informed that, after the leak detection was performed we would be able to quote him a price on any repairs, if he had us do the work the $would be applied to the cost of the repairsWe found multiple gas leaks on the gas linesMr*** was given a bid of $2,to replace the entire gas line
On November 11, *** *** came to our office upset with the bid of $2,He had Gundlachs Plumbing do a section repair on the gas line for around $1,We informed him that we would have done a complete replacement of the gas line and pulled a permit to have inspected for only $2,(this would have had the leak detection fee taken off)He feels we overpriced the jobWe even told him not to worry about the charge for the leak detection, which still has not been paidWe also were not even charging him a service call for the first appointment when our technician Trevor assessed the job
At this time, I am not sure what Mr***'s complaint is aboutPlease let me know if there is anything further I can do

In response to Mr***'s desired resolution, we understand he is willing to pay for the original service call, where our technician *** went and assessed the jobHowever we did not charge Mr*** a service call at that timeThere was only a charge for the second call where leak the detection was performedWe are not even going to charge for the second call out for the leak detectionWe appreciate Mr***'s willingness to make a payment, but there is not a payment to be madeWe have already written off the second charge of $Mr*** does not owe us anything

In regards to Mr***'s complaint,he did come into our office on Janto schedule the replacement on his
water service line for the work to be started on Tuesday Janand completed on Wednesday JanHe knew on the 14th, that the work would take days to completeWe never pull a permit the day before we do a job, it is always done the day of the work to be startedWith the Holiday that was on Monday Jan.19,when we went to pull the permit on Tuesday Jan 20, they were busy and it took longer to get the permit than accpectedOur office called the ***, to notify them that we would be a little late getting to there houseMr***, came into the office while my secratary was alone, and called her a liarThe service man arrived around noon on Jan 20, to start the workThe line was dug up and replaced that same dayThe next day on the 21st, an inspector from the County Building Dept,(where we pulled the permit) came out and accessed the work doneHe said it was done properly and was up to codeAfter we received the information we went back out on the 21st, to do a few minor things and start burrying the line backThe line did not get finished buried that dayWe went back on Thursday Jan and complete the workMr*** paid for the completed workOn Friday Jan 30, Mr*** called our office and said he had no water to his backyardWe sent a service man out at 10:that morning, who said that we had made a mistake while doing the replacement on the water line and accidentaly cut off one of his sprinlersWe admitted fault and told Mrs*** that we would be back on Wednesday Feb to fix our mistakeThey were fine with this dateThen on Mon Feb 2, Mr*** came to our office once againMy Secrataries were alone and uncomforatable being alone with him, because he has been so irrational, the locked the doorHe left and called and harrassed themThey informed him, that we would fix the mistake done to his sprinkler line on Wed Feb 4, that his wife already agreed toI am sorry Mr*** feels the way he doesOur intentions are not for him to be upset, we are doing what we can to get it resolved
