I would like to speak to him to get this resolved. I called this morning and left him another voice mailI am willing to split the bill with him. I spent a ton of money on this and have all the receipts to show. We went above and beyond for him. He asked for multiple
upgrades which is why the price went up. I am sending the receipts and invoices over to show how much money we have put into this, which doesn't even include labor.I also gave them a vehicle to drive the whole time his vehicle was in service

I am trying to have all gap policies paid up this week. Sorry for the delay. Due to incompetent staff and poor office management, we are behind. Trying to get these all made correct.

I apologize as I thought it had said 2017. Any issues would have been needed to be addressed within the first 30 days, under the limited warranty. If I remember this transaction correctly I believe we repaired the transmission for her at no cost to the customer. This is the first I'd heard anything...

else about this vehicle since it had left the transmission shop. We are no longer in business and if there was a trade involved it has been sold to an additional customer if not auctioned off. If I had been made aware of any additional issues at the time we could have addressed it then. Almost a year later unfortunately,(company out of business and in bankruptcy) I am unable to help in anyway.

We are doing everything we can to get all payoff's done, yes we have went out of business, but we are still getting payoff's taken care of. Company has closed down and we greatly apologize for inconvience. We are doing our best to accomodate all remaining issues, with very limited funds.

All work has been completed. We replaced the mirror and spare tire. We also ordered the knife that was missing and it should be in soon.
