She missed a couple of doctor appointments, so we had an issue with one of her medications getting refilled. The doctor's office kept denying a refill because she did not have a follow up appointment. Once she went to the doctor, we had a refill for her, but told her we needed a payment since she owed us for almost a year. She authorized us to take out $170 on May 3. When the charge came through she was upset about it. She also had two insurances, and recently her secondary went away so it ended up being more expensive for her medicine than she was used to. Every time we send her meds, she signed for them. I am more than happy to give a copy of them if need be.
